About Video
This video is a conceptual representation of the transformative mapping and onboarding experience we propose. In this video you move through the arena, you encounter video characters and hear vocal snippets that guide and inform. Please note, this is a general simulation. For your customized experience, actual scans of your area will be captured, and the onboarding videos and interactive content will be collaboratively designed on brand and seamlessly integrated.

Our proposal entails a dynamic combination of state-of-the-art AR technology, immersive digital maps, and engaging education to captivate your users. Here’s how we envision the entire journey:
MAP CMS
Week 2-4: Groundwork & Setup
• Email/SMS login system to keep maps and management system secure in IOS app and on web.
• CMS web based content management system for the content hosted in map.
• Onboard content editing capabilities (including documents and graphics).
• AR/Touch IOS iPad App store publishing
• Deliverable: Unity derived IOS app with web based CMS will guide the user through the map, coupled with a pre-agreed storyboard for training. Additionally, an AR mode will overlay the onboarding if the user is at the physical location.

PILOT MAP
Week 4-6: Immersive Map Development
• First Map (Pilot Location)
• Matterport Scan & Matterpack Export with 3d touch up and optimization
• Storyboard creation for cohesive user experience.
• Development and fine-tuning of the interactive map experiences.
• Testing phase and production release for public access.
• Deliverable: Digital onboarding map of pilot location with interactive and educational functionalities that are utilized through both 3d mode and augmented reality mode.
